Alemanha fecha em 2009 com défice ligeiramente acima do limite de 3% Não obstante ter atravessado a mais severa recessão desde a segunda Guerra Mundial, a Alemanha conseguiu fechar as contas públicas de 2009 com um défice apenas ligeiramente superior ao limite permitido pelo Pacto do euro: 3,3% do PIB, segundo os dados oficiais hoje divulgados.
