Cowen dissolve parlamento após Orçamento e anuncia eleições para 2011 Brian Cowen, primeiro-ministro irlandês, anunciou hoje que vai pedir a dissolução do Parlamento mas só depois do Orçamento do Estado ser aprovado. O país vai ter eleições legislativas no próximo ano.
