Irlanda trava saída de cérebros com benefícios fiscais
Numa altura em que o Governo português apela à emigração, o executivo irlandês tenta atrair cérebros estrangeiros. Para isso vai introduzir uma redução fiscal de 30% para quem ganhe mais de 75 mil euros por ano.
