Xstrata deixa cair OPA hostil de 32,9 mil milhões de euros sobre Anglo American A Xstrata desistiu de lançar uma Oferta Pública de Aquisição (OPA) hostil no valor de 30,4 mil milhões de libras (32,9 mil milhões de euros) sobre a Anglo American, depois dos reguladores britânicos terem dado à empresa um ultimato para formalizar a oferta até ao próximo dia 20 deste mês.
