SILVERADO update - powerful breakout marks start of major bullmarket...

01/22/06

We cannot be anything other than 100% satisfied with the performance of this stock since it was recommended on the site <http://www.clivemaund.com/article.php?art_id=883>  on the 11th of this month. It has risen a gratifying 38% in 10 days, but what is actually much more of a reason for celebration is the persistent heavy volume on this rise, because this indicates that what we have just seen is a powerful breakout drive that marks the start of a major bullmarket in this stock that can be expected to result in much higher prices. A 2-year chart is used in this update as it shows the entire basing process to advantage, and enables direct comparison with the 2-year chart used in the original recommendation.

Text from Chart:
Action in Silverado since it was recommended on the 11th has been most satisfactory - the stock has risen to a 12-month high on persistent heavy volume, which is very bullish. Correct analysis of the volume pattern enabled us to get in at a rock bottom price, and see results within days, rather than months, as is the case with the good folks who have labored long and hard to arrest the downtrend and put a floor under the price -

- if you bought, spare a moment to mentally thank those whose hard work we are capitalising on - it's good karma

The massive volume on this breakout drive is signalling the start of a major bullmarket in this stock - if you have not bought already, take advantage of any short-term dips, should they occur.

There is no reason to sell this stock going forward, unless it spikes and becomes ridiculously overbought, which would tempt us to take some profits. Otherwise holders should stay long. For those who are not already in, it is obviously a strong buy on any near-term dips, which may or may not occur.
