Nach dem Ausstieg der Großaktionäre Allianz , Münchener Rück  und Commerzbank  sollen auf der Hauptversammlung am 3. Juni die Vertreter der Anteilseigner im Aufsichtsrat neu gewählt werden, geht aus der am Freitag veröffentlichten Einladung hervor. Rupprecht ist ein Kandidat. Es war lange unklar, ob er in das Kontrollgremium wechselt. Rupprecht hatte zu Jahresanfang das Zepter bei MAN an den bisherigen Nutzfahrzeugchef Hakan Samuelsson übergeben.    Ausscheiden wird auch der bisherige Aufsichtsratschef Volker Jung. Die Aktien befinden sich nun im Streubesitz.    Zur Hauptversammlung Anfang Juni sind die Aktionäre zudem aufgefordert, den Vorstand zum Rückkauf eigener Aktien bis zu 10 Prozent des Grundkapitals zu ermächtigen.
