Northfinance

Dear Client

Due to the unexpected growth of Northfinance Ltd, our trading platform for both REAL and DEMO accounts reached its maximum capacity and the addition of new clients might jeopardize the performance of the platform itself.  Therefore, we have decided not to accept new clients on our NF platform to avoid any possible inconvenience or system delays that might be caused and affect existing users.  Currently we are evaluating various options on how to upgrade our platform in order to be able to accept more clients in the near future.

To ensure the best interests of our existing clients and yours as a potential client, we decided to operate as a Master Introducer referring all new clients to FxPro for execution of their trades in Forex and CFDs.  This is a European regulated broker with better terms and conditions.  More information on FXPro can be found by visiting www.FxPro.com

Kind regards

Thank you for your email. It is clear that from your email you are looking at a speculation account. I'm afraid we would likely a poor fit. We are a corporate foreign exchange company and we do not open personal or speculation accounts due to our regulatory environment.

Thank you for your time and I wish you the best of luck.

Dear Sir,

We provide marketing services for IKON Global Markets.
Regulation

IKON GLOBAL MARKETS is proud to be registered with the CFTC as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), which provide clients and prospective clients with three significant benefits:

Greater Transparency Of Business Practices
The National Futures Association (a self regulatory organization) keeps records of all proceedings regarding FC. A quick search through the NFA website will allow each investor the ability to research every registered sales representative and FCM. We invite you to go to the attached link to view IKON record: http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/Details.aspx?entityid=0327622&rn=Y

Financial Standards and Oversight
FCMs are required to meet strict financial standards, including capital adequacy requirements. On a regular basis, FCMs are required to submit financial reports to FX trading regulators. Financial Data for Futures Commission Merchants can be found online at: http://www.cftc.gov/tm/tmfcm.htm?from=home&page=mktfcmcontent/

These standards are enforced by the NFA, which has the right to fine firms and/or terminate an FCM's regulatory status for violations.

You may contact directly NFA about good standing of the company.

IKON is not an ECN, but due to relation with 16 liqudity providers it can provide an excellent execution.
You can trade during news and scapling is allowed.

Support Team

DIF Broker

Dear Sir,

All your answers will be found in our webite.
Please visit us at www.dif.pt, and you'll have our regulators, number, auditors (Ernest and Young).
As for your other questions, your money will be in a separate account, so if Dif Broker goes bankrupt, the clients money in secure. The only problem is if the bank goes bankrupt, which i don't think in Portugal will happen. There is a investors protection fund, but is for small amouts of money. We have a complaint officer to resolve any question that might occour between clients and Dif Broker, and CMVM (the regulator) in last resort.
If you are a professional or a winning trader, even better for you and Dif Broker, your trades are not canceled unless there is suspicions of money laundring, or manipulation, but that occours for both cases, winning or loser traders.
Dif Broker does not have any positions nor it is allowed, by law, to have them. So we cannot trade agains anyone.
The trades are always allowed during the trading hours, but there are market disruptions, has you surely know, for example: interventions, indicators that are very different fom what the market was expecting, etc.
Has fo the other questions, of manipulation, well, i must say to you that has the CEO i am very surprised, because you surely have not gone to our website, neither you know the legislation , because it illegal, and we has a Broker, have the obligation to comunicate to the Bank of Portugal, CMVM and Euronext any manipulation of each kind that migh occour in the markets.
You can also visit us in www.difbroker.com if it is better for you.

Thank you for your contact.
I will be glad to answer you to any other doubt your might have about Dif Broker.
Best Regards,

Thank you for your contact.
As for the trading during news, as i told you, unless there is a market disruption, such as big news that can move sharply the market, and as consequence bids and asks can run off, you can trade. You can trade when the markets are open.
As being a ECN, we are not on that category, because we do not charge comissions for every order. You simply have the bid/offer, nothing more is charged, unless you make trades below the 50.000 or in some cases 100.000, but once again it is on our site, see pricing.
You can make arbitrage, in any currency / ies you want, and has i told you we do not go against our client, because the law does not allow us to trade.

ACM

Thank you for your interest in our advanced FX trading platform.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as your Account Executive at ACM.

In the next few days I will contact you in order to discuss how to use our services to your best advantage.

You may feel free to contact me directly anytime should you require immediate assistance.

If you would like to request a callback now, click here: http://www.ac-markets.com/forex-broker/acm-call-back.aspx

Kindest regards

ACM is directly regulated by the FDF, Swiss Federal Department of Finance ACM and is audited by Ernst & Young. You can more information in the link below:

http://www.ac-markets.com/forex-broker/forex-regulation.aspx

Concerning the audited results you can directly contact E&Y, but keep in mind that ACM is a privately held company. However you can find more information about ACM on the registry of commerce of Geneva and on the attached files:

http://rc.geneve.ch/rc/consultation/consultationcomplete.asp?no_dossier_fed=CH-660-1090002-8

Regarding the liquidity providers, we have NDA agreements and therefore no information can be disclose. I can tell you however that ACM has about 10 liquidity providers and you'd be dipping into ~75% of the FX market liquidity.
In what concerns clients funds, this are segregated from the operational capital of ACM and can only be use to cover clients margins with our liquidity providers. In case of insolence the FDF nominated an attorney that will be responsible for distributing the clients funds. You can also contact the FDF for more detailed information.

ACM doesn't manipulate prices and is not a market maker, therefore the fact that you have winning trades would lead us to close your account. In fact this will be the opposite, the more winning trades, the more you'll trade, the more ACM will make money through the spread.

For further question I suggest that you provide me your contact phone and I'll give you a call at an appropriated time.

Best regards,

camafeu

Good hearing from you.  We are a bank with over 1 trillion EUR in assets, regulated by the FSA in London.  Here is a page with general facts about our bank:

http://www.db.com/en/content/company/our_company.htm?ghpnavigation=ENG_Our_Company

This should satisfy your questions about our company.  Regarding your other inquiries is it possible to speak by phone to discuss them?  I am confident that Deutsche Bank -- as the first major bank to offer a retail FX product -- is best suited to meet your FX trading needs.  Please let me know what number I can reach you on and what time of day is best, thanks.

Best,

For such purposes, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any such dispute. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent us from bringing proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction.

I will send you a separate email regarding protection for your funds beyond Deutsche Bank's own assets.

Below is information on the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Keep in mind the main protection for your funds is our name (largest bank in Germany, in business since 1870s), reputation, and assets (over 1 trillion EUR in assets). However we are also FSA regulated and participants in the UK FSC as shown here:

http://www.dbfx.com/about-us/client-agreement.html

28.7 We are participants in the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme in the unlikely event we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Most types of investment business are covered for 100% of the first £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000 so the maximum compensation will be £48,000. Further information about compensation is available from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

fxclearing.ca

Dear Sir,

You can find more information about our regulations on the following
pages:
http://www.fxclearing.ca/eng/contact/about.php
http://www.fxclearing.ca/eng/services/faq.php

We work with an accounting firm from Toronto which handles our
taxation, but since we are a relatively new company existing for the
last 1.5 years - we have never had an audit.

Our liquidity provider is Alpari (UK) and we also had accounts in 2 US

regulated and registered in NFA/CFTC brokerages, including one of the
biggest - Forex Liquidity - but since they were both closed by
authorities - we decided not to deal with US brokers any more.

All clients' funds are deposited on accounts fully separated from our
operational accounts and can be used only for clearing purposes.

There is no guarantee or protection for forex accounts provided. The
only country which provides some partial protection is the UK, as far
I know.

All disputes which are not resolved amicably between a trader and our
company shall be brought, heard and resolved by a tribunal located in
the Province of Ontario, Canada, as per the client's trading
agreement. We had no such unresolved disputes in the past and hope
will not have them in the future.

The last 2 questions are related to forex "mythology":

Regarding this question - If i am a winning or a professional trader
will i get my account limited and closed with winning trades
cancelled? Absolutely not.

What does it mean - to trade against your position? You open a
position with us. As a market maker we can open our own position in
the same direction in our clearing house to offset risk. If we open a
position in the clearing house in the opposite direction - we will
just double our risk, which makes no sense.

Every broker, either a primary market maker or an ECN broker has full
legal rights to changes prices in accordance with supply and demand
for certain currency pairs, as per the trading agreements between a
client and a broker. We display prices we received from our
counterparty and other sources, and can widen the spreads at any time
when we think it is necessary in accordance with our own risk
management policy. Yes, you can trade on the news but spreads can be
widened.

No, scalping is not allowed.

Let me know if you have additional question, please.

Kind regards,

V. Karpov
