The trannies had their third day of strong selling and almost reached the trendline support at 2436. The candlestick pattern that was formed is called "three black crows". This is a bearish pattern, but is often followed by a 50% retrace of the move down. If the DJTA does bounce in here, I would be looking to add shorts in the transportation sector when the DJTA got to 2500. The DJTA does have the bearish divergences on the MACD and RSI and now has a bearish crossover on the MACD.
