"...We are in the camp that we have been undergoing a correction in an overall bullish market. There are certainly concerns out there (like rising oil prices/geopolitical conerns/fear of rising interest rates), however the bigger
picture in the econonmy remains favorable in our view. If the market ever signals the "all clear" signal, that's when you ought to really be worried.
At this point we are looking for either a climactic selling day where the market moves sharply lower in the morning but closes near the highs, or simply a broad based heavy volume upside move. We have seen neither yet as we continue to become more oversold. You can only stretch a rubber band so far, so be patient out there as we await some better looking charts."
