Lisbon , August 19 - The rumor was spreed today in the Lisbon Stock Exchange ( BVL), acording to the rumor EFACEC have plans to takeover Homeland Security Technology Inc (HSTJ.PK). The source of information said " EFACEC group have plans to create a subsidiarie to offer a set of enabling technologies for the homeland security initiative for that a takeover of Homeland Security Technology Inc (HSTJ.PK) will be perfect."
Acordind to the source the bid could reach 0,1 euros for each share of the american company.
