SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- Cisco Systems (CSCO) increased its fourth-quarter net income even as sales declined slightly from the same quarter last year. Excluding charges, Cisco's earnings of 15 cents a share matched Wall Street's target. Ahead of the report, shares closed down 40 cents at $18.86.
