CHICAGO (CBS.MW) -- The University of Michigan's Consumer Sentiment index for early August will be delayed until Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. EDT, the school said in a recorded message. Friday's scheduled release of the indicator was cancelled due to the power outage that shut down parts of the northeastern and midwestern United States and eastern Canada.
