1. GamezNFlix Inc. (OTC BB:GZFX) currently markets its video game
rentals through its wholly owned subsidiary, www.veegeez.com and will soon
launch a new website www.gameznflix.com to offer DVD movies, video game
rentals and other entertainment products. The company currently has two
distribution centers, Los Angeles, California and Franklin, Kentucky,
with plans for an additional two to three more centers during 2004.
Since the launch of the newly designed website, Veegeez.com, anticipation
has grown for the launch of a DVD and video game rental site. A
partnership with Ingram Entertainment was established and will allow access to
28,000 titles! The new website GamezNFlix.com is expected to be online
soon and a national television advertising campaign is set to start
airing on March 27, 2004.
2. Biotech Holdings Ltd. (OTC BB:BIOHF) With regulatory approval
received and distribution agreements in place in Mexico and Peru, the Company
is planning to begin production of Sucanon before March 31, 2004 and
marketing of Sucanon in the quarter beginning April 1, 2004. Once Sucanon
is launched in Mexico, the Company will move ahead expeditiously with
regulatory applications in other Latin American countries and will begin
examining approaches for bringing Sucanon to the diabetic market in the
United States. Biotech Holdings key product is a novel new drug for the
treatment of symptoms of Type II Diabetes. Biotech Holdings has
received regulatory approval for sale of the drug in Peru and in Mexico, the
eighth largest pharmaceutical market in the world. The Company has also
signed distribution agreements for the drug for Chile, Venezuela,
Columbia and Argentina and plans to make regulatory applications for Sucanon
in these jurisdictions as well as in Brazil, the tenth largest
pharmaceutical market in the world. The drug is an insulin-receptor sensitizer,
a new class of drugs for controlling the chronically high blood sugar
levels that typify diabetes. The drug, in tablet form, works by
improving patients' ability to utilize insulin, the hormone that controls blood
sugar levels. Type II Diabetes affects more than 17 million people in
North America, over 20 million in Latin America and over 150 million
worldwide.
3. Geotec Thermal Generators, Inc./TelcoEnergy Corporation (OTC
BB:GETC) is an operating oil, gas, and energy company with exclusive rights to
the Russian Federation technology for oil and gas recovery for use in
North, South and Central America. TelcoEnergy Corporation has a 50%
ownership in MACH 3 Enterprises, LLC, a Nevada Corporation. TelcoEnergy
Corporation has U.S. and developing operations in Russia, China and South
America. Geotech Thermal Generators (GETC) is in the process of
acquiring Telco Energy Corporation, and the resulting entity is about to
become a publicly traded and vertically integrated energy company with a
motto From The Wellhead To The Pump. Present GETC shareholders will
collectively own only 20% of the new company, but they will soon be holding
the only Telco shares that are free trading. The acquisition will
require name change to TELCO which requires a change in cusip number, symbol
change and surrender of GETC certificates for TelcoEnergy certificates.
Further note that a 15% stock dividend will be given to GETC
shareholders upon completion of the acquisition of TelcoEnergy.
4. The World Golf League, Inc. (OTC BB:WGFL) The WGFL operates a
professional golf concept in the USA and 27 international venues, which allow
average golfers to play for substantial prize money in local and
regional tournaments culminating with a PGA-style national event and world
championship. WGFL is expected to produce over 20,000 new members through
1st quarter 2004 and just under $3 million in revenue. With The Golf
channel reaching 60 million households and Direct TV's 2.2 million sports
subscribers, the reach and frequency of this campaign should have a
tremendous impact on the continued success of the WGFL.

devices.
6. MobilePro Corp. (OTC BB:MOBL) is a wireless technology and broadband
Internet services company which has recently announced that the company
has successfully completed the first stage of testing of the low noise
amplifier (LNA) design of its ZigBee chip. ZigBee is an open standard
(IEEE 802.15.4), wireless RF technology that seeks to revolutionize
low-power RF inter-communications. ZigBee chips have the potential to be

much of its subscriber base will be comprised of members of the gay and
lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming
about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and
inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. TTNs
programming will be provided on a subscription basis to those desiring
its programming. The Triangle Television Network will broadcast 24 hours
per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures

million gay and lesbian people in the US, the market is large and
attractive. Disposable spending for this group exceeds $500 billion, advertisers

developing the final details of a stock buy back program. The particulars will
