SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) -- October crude is down 1,18 dollars at $42.05 a barrel at the end of the first hour of trading in New York. Militant Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr called for his followers in Iraq to end fighting against U.S. and Iraqi forces Monday. Also, OPEC president Purnomo Yusgiantoro said plans for additional oil capacity expansions are available and that those plans could be implemented soon
