Google (GOOG) 181.66 -3.04 (-1.7%)
Internet name is started with a Reduce rating and $160 price target at UBS; Stock is certainly technically overbought, having run up 85% since its IPO in late Aug; GOOG is a favorite of traders, and most of its upside has arguably come from short-covering; Over 9% of its float is short (as of Oct 8)

NVidia (NVDA) 16.70 +1.29 (+8.4%)
After raising its revenues outlook on Oct 25, chip designer delivers Q3 (Oct) EPS of $0.15 (consensus of $0.09) on sales that increased 6% to $515.6 mln (consensus of $512.9 mln); On its call, says it sees Q4 (Jan) revenues 'flat to slightly higher' from Q3 (consensus for Q4 was set at $500.5 mln) and gross margins that improve 1 percentage point from 32.3% in Q3; Adds that it has experienced a 30% q/q increase in ASPs, and says that business momentum is headed in the right direction; Rival ATYT is up 1% tonight

WebMD (HLTH) 7.18 -0.47 (-6.1%)
Provider of online medical information shows slight upside to the Q3 (Sept) top and bottom-line estimates; Company then issues better than expected guidance for Q4 (Dec) EPS and revenues; Sellers, however, move in after management says - upon consulting with outside advisers - it is selling 10% of its equity in an IPO; The dilution of management's power has troubled traders; Stock has neared its 50-day moving average at 7.11 tonight

ICOS Corp (ICOS) 23.10 +0.60 (+2.7%)
Biotech company narrows its Q3 (Sept) loss to ($0.42) - $0.16 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus - thanks to solid sales of its anti-erectile dysfunction drug Cialis, which is partnered with Eli Lilly (LLY) in certain territories; Revenues were $70.2 mln in the US, $43.4 mln in Europe and $9.4 mln in Canada and Mexico; Company guided for a wider than expected loss in Q4 (Dec), but strong sales for Cialis has helped offset that negative; According to the IMS, more people switched to Cialis than any other drug - suggesting it's stealing share from Viagra
