PC company reports operating earnings a penny ahead of expectations at $0.38 a share, but revenue comes in below expectations. For the quarter ended January, revenue was $13,457 billion compared to expectations of $13.547 billion. To make matters worse, the company said that current quarter revenues would be sequentially flat. Wall Street was expecting $13.5 billion. The company says that technology demand is slow in the first quarter.

Integrated circuit manufacturer reports earnings of $0.28 for the quarter ended January, a penny below expectations. Revenue was also a bit lighter than expected, but at least the company said that current quarter profits would be in the $0.29 to $0.31 range. That range reaches above the current Wall Street expectations of $0.29 per share. 

Pixar Animation (PIXR)  90.50 +0.62 (+0.7%)
Film company with volatile trends reports earnings per share of $0.91, well ahead of expectations of $0.77. Revenue of $109 million exceeded the Reuters Estimates average of $97 million, but that was down 33.9% from the December quarter last year. 

eBay (EBAY) 80.85 -0.37 (-0.5%)
Company reaffirms guidance for the full year 2005. As previously stated by the company on January 19, it expects consolidated net revs for 2005 to fall in the range of $4.25 to $4.35 billion. Company estimates GAAP EPS to fall in the range of $1.37 to $1.41 per share, and pro forma EPS to fall in the range of $1.48 to $1.52 per share. These statements assume that the pending acquisition of Rent.com will close in Feb 2005.

Buffalo Wild Wings (BWLD) 36.00 -0.95 (-3.6%)
Restaurant company is very small, but they do boast of 12 different signature sauces for chicken wings. The company beat earnings estimates by 3 cents for the December quarter, but warned that profits for the current quarter would be only $0.24 to $0.26 per share compared to a consensus of $0.29. Revenue in the December quarter was in line with expectations.
