alguem sabe se vai voltar a ser cotada? vi agora no MARKETWATCH nas noticias de informacao mas nao da para ler isto!!!!!!!!! MCLEODUSA INC. files $173 mln IPO, alguem me sabe dizer o que isto quer dizer?

vai voltar a ser cotada pela segunda vez depois de ter saido do processo de falencia, agora alguem me sabe dizer o que vai acontecer as que haviam no mercado? eu tenho uma montanha delas a menos de 0.02 centimos USD, vai ter a sigla MUSA.

o meu INGLES a ler e um pouco fraco, mas pelo que li e mesmo verdade que a partir de TERCA-FEIRA vai voltar pela 2 vez a bolsa depois de sair de um processo de falencia, o antigo fundador e a equipa que estava a frente antes da proteccao de falencia foi PAGA para sair e nao vao pertencer a nova empresa que passara a ter a sigla MUSA, fica a frente da empresa o homem que a comandou durante o processo de falencia a mando dos novos donos que sao bancos e o fundo FIDELITY que vao nomiar cada um 1 administrador para a nova direccao, so espero que as que tenho valam alguma coisa.

Realmente se assim fôr estás com sorte , saír duas vezes do processo de falencia e a empresa nao ser extinta,nao é todos os dias que acontece.

Olha,eu ainda tenho umas OCA's na carteira mas já nao negoceia á mais de um mês e noticias nenhuma.

Obre esta menina existou um grande golpe de um ricaço americano que foi sempre suportando a divida da MCLD até que ela estoirou e chegou a acordo com os credores que a divida seria transformada em capital e depois de uma restructuração seria posta de novo no mercado como vai acontecer por isso penso que as antigas acções não valem nada e são completamente diferentes destas que serão postas no mercado, com isto tudo o ricaço ficou dono da empresa por tuta e meia e viu a sua divida paga com uma grande empresa que é a MCLD que era apenas mal gerida

Foi é esta informação que tive á tempos e parece que ja não é a primeira vez que este senhor faz isto

nao foi isso que li FIG, agora tambem nao seio dizer se as nossas valem alguma coisa!!!!!!!!!!!!! pelo que li foram bancos e fundos que ficaram com aquilo, vais ao YAHOO FINANCE e poes a sigla JEF e esta la tudo, o que vi ontem.

se calhar ate tens razao FIG, isto era bom demais para ser verdade pelo menos para min que tenho bastantes a preco muito curto, logo se ve se eles dizem alguma coisa sobre os antigos accionistas, como e posssivel por 2 vezes isto sair da banca rota e voltar a ser cotada para enganarem outra vez o pessoal!!!!!!!!!

alguem tem mais informacoes sobre esta menina e o regresso a bolsa?? hoje disserao-me que existe uma lei por la que um dos requesitos para voltar uma 2 vez da pre falencia e que todos os accionistas tem que receber novas accoes e que os fundadores e administraccao que la estava tem que obrigatoriamente abdicar da empresa, e pelo que li vai ser isso que vai acontecer, alguem me sabe dizer se isto e verdade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ja mandei um mail para o banco aonde as tenho, vou esperar a ver se eles dizem alguma coisa, pelo que li e amanha que volta a negociar ou registo da operecao, nem isso sei dizer ao certo, por isso tambem devem sair noticias entretanto e logo se ve, nem que por 10, 20, ou mais das antigas dessem uma nova ja era bem bom.
