High-flying Chinese Internet portal company posts earnings of $0.31 a share, a penny less than expected. Revenue f $56.9 million for the quarter was slightly above expectations, but traders have shown disappointment that the company guided first quarter revenue expectations down sharply, to $43 to $47 million. Wall Street had been looking for $57.5 million.

Provider of information technology oustourcing servies reports fourth quarter earnings of $0.25 per share, two cents ahead of expectations. Revenues were down 4.7% from the same quarter last year, but at $5.25 billion exceeded the average forecast of $5.19 billion. Revenue guidance of $4.8 to $5.0 billion for the first quarter was disappointing, as expectations were for $4.982 billion and estimates may now come down. The company put profits for the first quarter at $0.00 to $0.05 compared to expectations of $0.11, and indicated that full year numbrs would be sfot as well.

Enterprise software firm reports operating profits of $0.30 a share, four cents ahead of expectations. Revenue surged 44.8% from last year and at $266.7 million was well ahead of the expected $237.3 million. Company issues mixed guidance for the first quarter, as it sees EPS of $0.19-0.22, ex items, vs. Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.23 on revs of $235-240 mln, consensus $230.2 mln. For Y05 co sees EPS of $1.05-1.15, ex items, consensus $1.05 on revs of $1-1.02 bln, consensus $975 mln.

Entertainment software company reports December quarter earnings of $0.63 per share, $0.07 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.56; revenues rose 33.7% year/year to $680.1 mln compared to the $616.9 mln consensus. The company raised its March quarter revenue guidance to $150 mln from $128 mln (consensus $140.21 mln), and gives EPS guidance of $0.01 (consensus $0.02). Company also issues June quarter guidance of $0.02 per share (consensus $0.07) on revs of $215 mln (consensus $212.2 mln)

Revenues were up 29% year/year to $16.1 million, which was ahead of expectations of $14.5 million. For the first quarer, the company sees revenues of approximately $14.5 mln and EPS of approx $0.07 compared to Reuters consensus figures of $13.4 mln and $0.06; sees 2005 revenuess of approximately $66 mln and EPS of approx $0.40 compared to consensus numbers of $60.3 mln and $0.35, respectively.
